1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website at keralatourstay.local, you agree to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
2. Booking Policy
All bookings made through KeralaTourStay are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed only after the receipt of the required advance payment.
3. User Responsibilities
Guests are expected to follow the safety guidelines provided by the boat crew. Any damage to the property caused by guests will be their financial responsibility.
- Safety guidelines must be followed.
- No unsupervised swimming.
- Responsible alcohol consumption.
- Illegal substances are prohibited.
4. Pricing & Payments
Our prices are dynamic and based on the type of boat (Deluxe, Premium, Luxury) and the number of guests. Taxes are applicable as per government norms.
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Any balance payment must be settled as per the agreed schedule before or at the time of check-in.
5. Modification of Services
KeralaTourStay reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service without notice. In case of technical failure of a specific boat, we will strive to provide an equivalent or upgraded alternative.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kerala, India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Alappuzha, Kerala.
