We understand that circumstances can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our houseboat partners who reserve their vessels exclusively for you.
Refunds are calculated based on the number of days prior to the check-in date that the cancellation request is received:
Rescheduling is subject to availability and the consent of the boat operator. Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 10 days before the check-in date. A processing fee may apply.
In case of a no-show (failure to arrive at the boarding point), no refund will be issued. Early departure from the houseboat during the stay will also not be eligible for any refund.
In the rare event that a booking cannot be honored due to government restrictions, severe weather conditions, or technical boat failure where an alternative cannot be provided, a full refund or a credit note for future use will be issued.
All eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used via Razorpay. Please allow 5-7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account after processing.
